Right Or Wrong

When dealing with hearts there are no tests,
to help us determine which choice is best.
We leap with blind faith, heart over mind,
and before we know it, two souls are entwined.
If love was not the issue at hand,
the choice of our partner, could be better planned.
But imagine the case, if true love is void,
appeal and attraction would then be destroyed.
What then do we do, when we suddenly find,
a difference of opinion with the meeting of minds?
Do we walk away and close the door,
while thinking this love is too much of a chore?
Or do we hold fast with patience the key,
and search resolution until both agree?
Strong minded thinking and battles of will,
can tear at two hearts 'til love they do kill.
But when we let go of whose wrong or right,
we realize the issue wasn't worth the fight.
The value isn't in the point to be made,
when the measure of love is once again weighed.
Unconditional love is acceptance of all,
complete understanding prevents a fall.
Communication's its strongest building block,
with a solid foundation that's built upon rock.
Admitting we're wrong should be easy to do,
when protection of love is what's in our view.
So love without fear with communication in flow,
then stand back and watch, it will flourish and grow.
